Description

This position requires an individual to safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations. It also requires a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward safety, sales, customer service, and teamwork. Deliveries are made in various weather conditions, and overtime may be required during the heating season.

• Achieve delivery objectives set by the local District Manager.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report issues per company policy and DOT regulations.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards safety, sales, customer service, and teamwork.
• Prior gas delivery experience is helpful.
• Hold a CDL with Hazmat, tanker, and air brakes endorsements.
• Work outdoors in different weather and driving conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Be flexible with job duties.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
• Have good interpersonal skills and follow directions from the plant manager.
• Capable of lifting cylinders weighing 40-50 pounds.
• Minimum 2-year CDL license with necessary endorsements.
