Webster & Garner, Inc. seeks a CDL B driver to operate a bobtail, load and unload propane at customer locations, and complete paperwork. The role involves exposure to dust, fumes, and high noise, with occasional driving in hazardous conditions.

You must have a CDL with proper endorsements and adhere to DOT safety rules. Responsibilities include delivering product per the Transportation Manager, performing pre/post-trip checks, maintaining the truck, providing friendly service, and reporting

Formación

• CDL B license with endorsements and medical card.
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving a large truck.
• Physically capable of loading/unloading Bobtail and heavy lifting.
• Experience driving in snow, ice and hazardous weather.
• Provide at least three current job references.
• Able to communicate instructions clearly from supervisors and customers.
• Competent at math to verify quantities and volumes.
• Able to read road signs and paperwork.
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Bobtail driving experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complies with DOT regulations, company policies and safety practices.
• Delivers product as instructed by Transportation Manager.
• Performs general truck maintenance (oil, fuel checks, pre/post-trip) and ensures paperwork is in the truck.
• Provides friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers.
• Keeps Transportation Manager informed of potential issues, spills, leaks, incidents or injuries.
• Completes routes efficiently and safely as assigned.
• Informs Maintenance of any vehicle problems.
• Ensures truck and cab are cleaned daily.
• Reports DOT fines, citations or other relevant issues.
