Sony Interactive Entertainment’s SIE in the United States offers an X-Dev Prop Artist Intern position for Summer 2027. You will support external art partners and internal leads to create game-ready props, assets, and briefs aligning with the team's vision and technical requirements.

You'll gain hands-on experience in prop modeling, asset review, and external production workflows, while sharpening your communication, collaboration, and preparation of asset briefs across multiple vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student.

• Create comprehensive briefs to communicate asset requirements to external vendors.
• Review assets from external partners and provide actionable feedback.
• Support prop development, high/low poly, textures, and delivery phases.
• Guide external vendors in prop creation under direction.
• Collaborate with artists to ensure proxy models and reference images exist.
• Apply Maya, Substance Painter/Designer, ZBrush, Photoshop to support asset development.
• Maintain consistent artistic style across assets following art direction.
• Gain experience with external production workflows and feedback.
