Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Support promotional program execution and sign deployment across the club.
• Deliver friendly member service and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized club environment and adhere to policies.
• Assist with stock signage, price changes, and demo carts as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily GOLD standard and opening plans.
