Job summary

CUMULUS MEDIA Tucson is seeking an experienced Promotions Manager to coordinate revenue-generating on- and off-air promotions and events while maintaining the stations' image in the market. You will supervise a part-time staff, oversee promotional assets, and partner with Sales, Programming and Digital teams to deliver campaigns across live events, remote broadcasts, and online channels.

A strong set of organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills is required, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience with Photoshop and video editing preferred.
HTML knowledge is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Direct preparation and execution of station appearances, remote broadcasts and events.
Direct management of a part-time staff of 10–20 employees.
Oversee promotional vehicles, equipment and inventory.
Coordinate with Promotions Director, Sales and Programming on campaigns.
Manage station winner databases and prize distribution.
Assist in creating promotions, proposals and recaps.
Support digital marketing efforts, websites, emails, and social media.
