Job summary

ilani, Inc. is seeking a Promotions Representative to support promotions, off-site activations, festivals, and special events. You will educate guests about marketing programs, expand ilani’s brand awareness, and help recruit Forever Rewards members while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role requires you to learn extensive promotion knowledge, interact professionally with the public, and stand for long periods. Availability Tue-Fri and some Mondays with wage guidance provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Willing to learn and maintain knowledge of marketing programs and promotions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service during promotions, off-site activations, festivals, and events.
• Educates guests on marketing programs and promotions to expand brand awareness.
• Provides operational support and representation at events and activations.
• Troubleshoots issues with the promotions team to ensure guest satisfaction.
