The Hearst Communications, Inc. WCVB Fall Internship Program offers a 10-week internship for senior undergraduates or recent graduates at an accredited college or university.

As Creative Services Intern, you will learn to write and produce promotional content for NewsCenter 5 and Chronicle. You will write news topical promotions, assist with shoots on location or in-house, and participate in PSA production as part of the department's branding and promotional development.

Qualifications

• Open to senior undergraduate students or recent graduates.
• Resume and Cover Letter in PDF format are required.
• Letters of recommendation from a professor for the internship.
• Creative works/writing samples relevant to interests.

Responsibilities

• Write effective news topical promotions for NewsCenter 5 and Chronicle.
• Assist with promotional and commercial shoots both in-house and on location.
• Be involved in PSA production and station branding efforts.
