Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a QA Lead to own the quality assurance process for a suite of iLottery promotions, mobile apps, and web platforms. You will design test plans, cases, and regression procedures to validate technical functionality and player-facing features.

You will work with product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure requirements are clear and translated into effective QA plans, while coordinating with external testing partners for scalability and real-user validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, marketing tech, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital QA, testing for websites/apps/marketing tech.
• Solid understanding of QA approaches across web and mobile in agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, customer journeys, segmentation logic.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication across teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards is a plus.
• Experience in lottery/iGaming/ecommerce platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own QA process across multiple projects and run comprehensive QA testing for promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases.
• Develop, refine and maintain test plans, cases, and regression procedures.
• Validate promotions, player journeys, and segmentation logic from technical and customer perspectives.
• Log, track, and analyze defects with internal teams and vendors; document issues clearly.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing to translate requirements into QA plans.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and UAT; advise on release readiness.
• Perform cross-platform testing (manual and automated); coordinate with external providers for scalability and real-user validation.
