As a Promotions Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless promotional campaigns that captivate audiences and generate measurable results. This on-site role offers hands-on exposure to every phase of campaign execution—from planning and logistics to performance analysis and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on-site promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including signage, samples, and giveaways.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure materials, negotiate costs, and track deliveries.
• Maintain the promotional calendar, schedule meetings, and update stakeholders on project milestones.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile post-event reports to inform optimization efforts.
• Support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and purchase order processing for promotions activities.

Qualifications

Must-Have
