Job summary

Park 66 is seeking an Entry Level Promotions Assistant in Phoenix to help build our brand through face-to-face field sales and marketing activities. Paid training will be provided, and you’ll work across departments to communicate what makes our brand unique to customers and prospects.

You’ll learn to uncover consumer insights, deliver campaigns, and translate brand elements into go-to-market strategies while improving customer experience and revenue.

Qualifications

• Manage a team of marketing people on brand initiatives.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Devise innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand direction, choices and tactics.
