Park 66 is seeking an Entry Level Promotions Assistant to support brand-building efforts in a face-to-face field sales and marketing environment in Phoenix. You will participate in paid training, learn targeted campaigns, and help translate brand messaging into engaging customer experiences.

You’ll work across departments to uncover insights, drive campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth while developing a fresh, energetic office vibe and strong presentation skills.

• Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and territory management.
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission through public speaking and one-on-one presentations.

• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Devise innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

We are looking for an Entry Level Promotions Assistant to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness in a face to face field sales and marketing work environment. Paid training will be provided. The type of candidate we are looking for is excited about joining the workforce and will bring a fresh approach to our office vibe. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. You’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales. We’ll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.
