Job summary

Pacific Media Group is seeking part-time Promotions Assistants to represent our Honolulu radio stations and engage with listeners at events. You will support live events, help with on-site branding, and capture content for social media and websites.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid Hawaii driver’s license, and a social, customer-focused mindset. You’ll lift gear, work in energetic environments, and live locally on Oahu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and be on your feet at events.
• Comfortable with audio equipment and basic event setup.
• Social media knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Reliable, flexible, and a true team player.
• Must live locally on Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Represent station brands at community events, concerts, and appearances.
• Set up and break down event equipment (tents, tables, banners, audio gear).
• Interact with listeners, support on-air talent, and distribute promotional materials.
• Capture photos, videos, and event recaps for social media and websites.
• Maintain promotional equipment and ensure materials are event-ready.
• Collaborate with departments to support station success.

Pacific Media Group is seeking part-time Promotions Assistants to represent our dynamic Honolulu radio stations.
