Job summary

Monster Energy in Corona, CA seeks a Promotional Claims Project Specialist (Temp to Hire) to support Accounting platforms and IT collaboration. You will monitor requests, troubleshoot issues, and help improve process efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years coordinating projects.
• Minimum 1 year in Accounting.
• Ability to multitask and think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounting and related digital platforms including bug tickets, monitor production releases, portal access and end-user troubleshooting for Invoice & Samples portals and future platforms.
• Maintain organized records of support requests, bug reports and testing results.
• Provide and/or manage general end-user support via email and Teams meetings; develop SOPs and training materials for accounting platform end users.
