Premier Tech Water and Environment in Iowa is seeking a capable project coordinator to lead installation projects from planning to commissioning. You will manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, define timelines and deliverables, and keep clients informed with proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in project management, field coordination, or installation in construction, environmental, or industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Willingness to travel within a 125-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation projects by defining timelines, required resources, and expected deliverables, within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate field activities by managing technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure installation projects are executed to Premier Tech standards.
• Maintain proactive client communication throughout the project with transparent follow-up and professional expectation management.
• Maintain complete project documentation and deliver outputs to relevant parties.
• Manage material orders and ensure equipment availability to meet timelines.
• Participate in business development and local sales strategies tailored to market requirements.
• Champion and enforce Health & Safety best practices on all job sites.
