Qualifications

• High School diploma, technical experience required.
• NICET III ITM Water based systems and/or NICET Level IV Fire Alarm preferred.
• 5 years' industry experience required.
• Successful experience in leading multiple projects preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic and advanced math skills required.
• Must effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to operate a computer, use Microsoft Office required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Must comply with drug and alcohol policy and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings and specifications.
• Generate proposals for change orders.
• Determine labor requirements and prepare schedules.
• Order and track necessary materials and equipment.
• Monitor overall project progress and budgets.
• Meet with stakeholders on project progress.
• Support staff in creating closeout documents.
