Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of food manufacturing equipment.
• Welding and fabrication tasks to repair, modify or enhance existing machinery.
• Rebuild machines and components as necessary to maintain production efficiency.
• Wiring and installation of electrical circuits to equipment or building based on needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC‑related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints, schematics, and diagrams to carry out repairs and modifications.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications.
• Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform other required tasks as assigned.
