Qualifications

• 3+ years Appeals background.
• Strong communication skills including feedback.
• Excellent time management and supervisory experience (2+ years).
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Knowledge of Appeals workflows is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a solid team through training and coaching.
• Validate effectiveness of projects managed by appeals team using data validation.
• Facilitate and present at meetings within the Appeals team.
• Establish workflows ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Identify developmental needs and implement action plans for high-performing teams.
• Manage projects and identify trends to recommend solutions.
• Report capabilities related to audit requests and universe submissions.
