● Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including program leads, communications partners, and on-the-ground logistics staff to ensure events meet strategic objectives

● Defining, mapping, and driving the execution of needs, timelines, and deliverables for select projects and events, with a particular focus on CityLab

● Contributing to knowledge-management efforts around projects and events including documenting learnings, creating toolkits, maintaining shared templates, and analyzing and organizing historical feedback data

● Providing project management expertise and structure for research and content tasks—and identifying opportunities to integrate findings into event programming
