ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is seeking a motivated Project Worker to join the team in Flowood, MS. You will perform commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at various client sites, including deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface restoration, while following schedules and safety protocols.

The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or with a team; evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
