ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is seeking a motivated Project Worker to join our Flowood, MS team. This role focuses on performing commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at client sites, contributing to reliable and high-quality service.

You'll follow project schedules, operate cleaning equipment safely, and collaborate with team leads while meeting safety standards and client requirements. Prior cleaning experience and flexibility for evenings or weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at client sites.

• Follow project schedules and complete tasks on time.
