Job summary

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced PROJECT WORK/CLEANING TECHNICIAN for weekend work and some weeknights. This role focuses on quality cleaning in large commercial facilities and requires reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care with strip/wax/buff, window cleaning, and operating floor machines and extractors. Must lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills to communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 30 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in large commercial facilities and professional floor care equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning and floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish).
• Window cleaning and high dusting as needed.
• Maintain quality through attention to detail and safety.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment according to standards.

PROJECT WORK/CLEANING TECHNICIAN - SOME NIGHTS & WEEKENDS
(work hours vary depending on projects)

Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements include the following:

• Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning, plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment
• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have experience in working in large commercial facilities
• Must have experience in operating professional floor care equipment

COMPENSATION: $22.00+ per hour Based on Experience
