Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) seeks a Project Transformation Analyst to partner with Turnaround and Project teams across KAES to define how project controls data is structured, standardized, and leveraged to drive enterprise decisions. This role will translate complex project and turnaround processes into scalable, governed analytics solutions in partnership with IT and data platform teams.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Comfortable learning new processes, technologies, or systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement reporting improvements.
• Experience prioritizing daily tasks to optimize value creation and support stakeholder interests.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to US and Canada business sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize project controls data models, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks across KAES.
• Translate business processes and operational needs into structured data requirements and scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with IT and data platform teams to design and implement sustainable, governed data solutions.
• Develop and enable standardized dashboards and self-service reporting delivering actionable insights.
• Establish and promote data integrity, consistency, and common data practices across project and turnaround teams.
• Drive alignment across business functions to ensure consistent interpretation and use of project data.
• Build trusted relationships across functions to connect business needs with data and analytics capabilities.
