Job summary

B&T Building Services in Zelienople, PA, is seeking a Project Technician to join our growing floor-care team. The role supports daily cleaning tasks, operating floor care equipment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial spaces.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay, a company van and equipment provided, and training on how to properly complete duties listed. 2nd shift, 5 days a week, in Zelienople.

• Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates all floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.).
• Keeps work areas/equipment inspection-ready.
• Ensures cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
• Equipment is thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Zelienople, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20.00 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.

Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)


• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.


• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical


• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
