Job summary

B&T Building Services is seeking a Project Technician for the Bradford, PA area to join our full-time team on 2nd shift. The role involves maintaining building cleanliness using floor care equipment, with starting pay of $20–$25 per hour and weekly pay.

• Ensures cleaning schedules are followed as prescribed.
• Equipment is cleaned and stored after each shift.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Bradford, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply
