Tolin Mechanical, an established HVAC service contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Technician for our Tucson team. You will support project goals, install and service commercial HVAC products, and ensure customer satisfaction on site.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong English communication, and a team-oriented mindset. We offer training, benefits, a company vehicle, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.
• Well-rounded background as a 2nd year Apprentice up to a Journeyman.
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients, vendors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for on-site installation.
• Install and repair HVAC systems.
• Document work.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Work with Rooftop Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers,Boilers, AHU/FCU.

General Description:
Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Project Technician to join one of our Project Team based out of Tucson. We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.

We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.

Project Technicians support overall project goals and are responsible for the installation of products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. They perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems, and use a variety of hand tools, blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, and/or engineering specifications to install equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Rate for a Project Technician: $27.61- $54.05 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
