Job summary

B&T Building Services, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Project Technician to join our 2nd shift team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness through floor care, stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and following directions.

Starting pay is $20 to $25 per hour, with weekly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days, plus a company van and training on equipment.

Responsibilities

Operates all floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, etc.).
Keeps work areas/equipment inspection-ready.
Ensures that cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
Equipment is thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.

Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
