  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery management.

  • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers.
  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task with limited supervision.
  • Experience leading global projects.

  • Ensure company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner.
  • Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
  • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Manage complex installations, report and elevate all observed problems to proper escalation points.
  • Manage communication of project changes and release notices to customers.
  • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely.
  • Be willing to work irregular hours as required.

We are growing and looking for a Project Technical Delivery Manager with experience in project delivery in datacenter environments. In this role, the delivery manager will manage the project through the complete project lifecycle from Initiation to Close. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand the high and low level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions

What we need to see:
