Impact Recruitment is seeking a Project Surveyor to support surveying, mapping, and construction-related tasks for land development and civil engineering projects. This role requires accuracy, coordination with field and office teams, and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities include organizing projects, managing file systems, coordinating with field crews and managers, performing boundary analysis and survey calculations, and preparing exhibits and deliverables.

Formación

• Experience in surveying, mapping, or construction-related survey work.
• California PLS license preferred.
• Proficiency with survey software and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong boundary analysis and survey calculations.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and coordinate survey projects.
• Maintain digital and physical file systems.
• Coordinate with field crews, project managers, construction managers, and superintendents.
• Research and analyze boundary elements for retracement and property determination.
• Perform survey calculations, data analysis, and field support computations.
• Prepare technical exhibits, maps, and final deliverables.
• Assist and support the Survey Manager with daily operational needs.
