Job summary

Boundary Zone, Inc. is seeking a Project Surveyor to lead survey projects in our Georgia office.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia Professional Land Surveying License and will supervise field crews and CAD drafters, ensuring accuracy, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities include establishing horizontal and vertical controls, conducting boundary and topographic surveys, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Professional Land Surveying License.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years land surveying experience.
• Experience with boundary law and construction procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, budgets, and schedules.
• Supervise field crews and CAD drafters; coordinate with office staff and clients.
• Establish horizontal and vertical control, topographic, as-built, boundary surveys and construction staking.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and legal boundary descriptions.
• Maintain client relationships and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Provide field crews with monumentation details as needed.
