Job summary

Asset Plus, a Johnson Controls subsidiary, seeks a commercially driven Project Surveyor to lead the commercial success of high-value decarbonisation projects. You will manage cost plans, forecasts, budgets, and risks, ensuring financial performance and sustainable outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to maximise profitability and build trusted relationships that drive long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong cost management, analytical capability, and attention to detail.
  • Solid commercial awareness and financial understanding.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for sustainability.
  • Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS).
  • Experience on decarbonisation or sustainability-focused projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring financial performance and sustainability targets are met.
  • Produce accurate cost plans, forecasts, and budget reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.

About the Role
