Job summary

Artheon seeks an experienced Project Surveyor to support field and office surveying across New York City and select Northern New Jersey projects. The role is primarily office-based with occasional field visits, reporting to a Project Manager or Director of Surveying.

The ideal candidate will hold a professional surveying license or be able to obtain licensure within 1 year, with proven experience in both field and office settings. NY location preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Surveyor in New York, NY covering the five boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island) with flexibility to cover some projects in Northern New Jersey.

This position is an office position, although requires some field visits on occasion. The candidate will typically report to a Project Manager or director of surveying. The candidate must be experienced in field and office surveying and must possess a professional surveying license or be able to obtain licensure within 1 year of being hired.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support field and office surveying activities for projects in the New York City area (and select projects in Northern New Jersey).
• Coordinate with project team, including Project Manager and Director of Surveying, to meet project objectives and schedules.
