Support a critical initiative to modernize and optimize global accounting operations through cutting-edge tools and structured transformation processes. The project spans project management, change management, process redesign, and technical solution development (including Power Platform tools).

Role Responsibilities:
Project Management Support:
  • Assist in setting up project governance structures.
  • Build and manage project plans with defined milestones and tollgates.
  • Track issues, escalate risks, and manage project status reporting and financials.
Process & Change Management:
  • Generate, analyze, and refine data critical for future-state organization design.
  • Maintain and support evolving policies, job descriptions, and taxonomy updates.
  • Lead or support communication planning and change readiness activities.
Technical Enablement:
  • Advise and support use of Power Automate and Power Apps to develop business solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and create secure, scalable workflows.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and conduct rigorous testing of all technical deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years in a hybrid role involving PMO, process transformation, and technical delivery.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Strong documentation and communication skills; experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive adoption of new solutions.
Preferred:
