Job summary

Hive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Analyst II to provide comprehensive project management, analytical, and operational support to FBI AAU division at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role entails end-to-end analytics, data modeling, testing, and performance measurement to meet critical project milestones.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts, contribute to program reviews, training event requests, and audits while maintaining on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or administrative support; federal procurement experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and familiarity with government procurement applications (EPAS, SHOP, UFMS).
• Knowledge of FAC-C, FAC-P/PM, FAC-COR certifications and contracting methodologies.
• Strong teaching skills to train COs/CSs and guide acquisition workforce through certification pipelines.
• Attention to detail for reviewing contract file compliance, auditing signatures, and building data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Review contract file documents for sufficiency and signature compliance.
• Compile and analyze quarterly and end-of-year data on contract file compliance.
• Export UFMS data and import into the SharePoint tracker for the dashboard quarterly.
• Support data calls and organize contract files for audits.
• Assist with requisitions in SHOP and EPAS; coordinate meetings on secure networks.
• Provide training and guidance to COs/CSs on contract files and certification pipelines.
• Manage PMRs and streamline training event requests.
• Monitor program progress and provide status updates and issue-resolution reports.
