Job summary

Bruns General Contracting is seeking a project supervisor to oversee daily site operations at our Tipp City construction projects. The role involves managing crews, ensuring tasks meet schedule targets, and coordinating with subcontractors and Project Managers to keep jobs on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry with knowledge of common materials, equipment and tools.
• Field experience with other superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties.

Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a project supervisor. This applicant will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site. The Project Supervisor will manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks (by scheduled time), as well as coordinate with subcontractors and Project Managers to complete jobs on time and on budget.

Preferred Skills

• Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate time
• Quality control on the job site
• Help with onboarding of new subcontractors in Springfield market
• Prefer some time spent studying construction management
• Hands on leader
• Salary negotiable BOE

Experience/Requirements

• Worked in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must
• Some time spent in field with other company superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties
