Job summary

Sprocketworx, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for Multifamily Siding and Exterior Envelope projects in Southeast and South-Central Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Kenosha, Madison markets). You will lead installation crews, coordinate with project managers and owners, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Role requires 3+ years in multifamily/commercial siding and at least 1 year in leadership, plus ability to read blueprints. OSHA 10 is required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily or commercial siding/exterior envelope experience
• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, details, and shop drawings
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Comfort with smartphone/computer reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews across active sites; plan daily and weekly manpower and sequencing
• Coordinate subcontractor crews through foremen on schedule, access, and quality expectations
• Train and mentor crew members; provide input on hiring and performance
• Serve as on-site contact for GC superintendents and owner reps
• Attend site coordination meetings; resolve access, sequencing, and trade-conflict issues
• Identify out-of-scope work and secure T&M tickets and change-order backups the same day
• Track installed quantities daily; record crew hours and production rates
• Complete daily reports, photos, and progress documentation in field software
• Receive deliveries against POs; document shortages, damage, and back-orders
• Maintain jobsite inventory; coordinate transfers, returns, and leftover material
• Manage lift, scaffold, and swing-stage rentals timing
• Verify installation meets plans, specs, and manufacturer requirements
• Inspect WRB/air barrier, continuous insulation, flashing, and panel alignment
• Run punch walks and assemble warranty documentation and attic stock turnover
• Enforce site safety, run toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance
• Oversee fall protection, aerial lift, and scaffold practices

Compensation: Compensation: $80,000-$95,000/yr DOE + performance bonus tied to job results, company truck & fuel card, phone

ABOUT US

Sprocketworx, Inc. installs exterior envelope systems on multifamily and mixed-use projects: metal panel, composite panel, fiber cement, insulation, and vapor barrier systems - turnkey, backed by in-house preconstruction, estimating, and shop drawings. Our scope runs from full exteriors to interior metal panel, phenolic, and fiber cement features in lobbies and amenity spaces. We are growing in Wisconsin and need a field leader who cares about quality, safety, and schedule.

THE ROLE

You'll lead installation crews across active sites in the Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Madison markets, serving as Sprocketworx's on-site point of contact between our crews, project managers, general contractors, and owners. Your job is simple to say and hard to do: every job safe, on schedule, on budget, and built to spec.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead installation crews across multiple active sites; plan daily and weekly manpower and sequencing
• Coordinate subcontractor crews through their foremen on schedule, access, and quality expectations
• Train and mentor crew members; give input on hiring and performance

GC & Owner Interface

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for GC superintendents and owner reps
• Attend site coordination meetings; resolve access, sequencing, and trade-conflict issues
• Identify out-of-scope work and get T&M tickets and change-order backup signed the same day

Production & Labor Tracking

• Track installed quantities by product and area against the estimate - daily
• Record crew hours and production rates; flag jobs trending over budget early
• Complete daily reports, photos, and progress documentation in our field software
• Receive deliveries against POs; document shortages, damage, and back-orders
• Maintain jobsite inventory; coordinate transfers, returns, and leftover material
• Manage lift, scaffold, and swing-stage rentals, including on-rent and off-rent timing

Quality, Punch & Closeout

• Verify installation meets plans, specs, shop drawings, and manufacturer requirements
• Inspect WRB/air barrier, continuous insulation, flashing, and panel alignment before cover-up
• Run punch walks through final GC acceptance; assemble warranty documentation and attic stock turnover

Safety

• Enforce site safety, run toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance
• Oversee fall protection, aerial lift, and scaffold practices

REQUIRED

• 3+ years of multifamily or commercial siding / exterior envelope experience, with 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Hands-on knowledge of metal panel, fiber cement, and/or composite or phenolic panel systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, details, and shop drawings
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred) and a strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfort with smartphone/computer reporting

PREFERRED

• Experience with insulation and vapor barrier systems
• Experience with lifts, scaffolding, and swing stages
• Familiarity with manufacturer installation standards and warranty requirements
• Experience with project software (Procore or similar)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work outdoors in all Wisconsin weather
• Climb ladders and scaffolding; work at heights
• Lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work on site
