Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities in Alabama. You will supervise inspectors, ensure product quality and safety, train staff, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will travel locally to customer sites, set up projects, develop work instructions, and monitor progress to meet timelines and quality standards. Prior manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
