Responsibilities

We are seeking local Superintendents who love to travel for project assignments. Are you a builder who loves to travel? Looking to build cutting-edge projects? First Finish provides our superintendents with support and resources to excel and ensure high-quality project completion. Superintendents are involved from preconstruction and help mentor team members while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, progress, and cleanliness
• Understanding project strategy, financial goals, scheduling, logistics, and milestones
• Collaborating with PMs to maintain accurate project schedules and budgets
• Communicating effectively with the project team about work changes and conditions
• Fostering positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in union and non-union environments
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage retail construction details
• Extensive safety knowledge
• Experience in managing, training, and developing teams
• Proficiency with computer technology
• Experience supporting organizational growth in a national context
• Experience with hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, and retail
• Experience with complex renovations in occupied and unoccupied settings, urban/suburban locations, and high-end finishes
• National travel required
