Responsibilities

We are seeking local Superintendents who love to travel for project assignments. Are you a builder passionate about travel and building cutting-edge projects? First Finish provides the necessary support and resources to excel and ensure all projects meet high standards. As a senior team member, superintendents are involved from preconstruction and are responsible for mentoring team members and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily field operations, ensuring site safety, construction quality, progress, and cleanliness.
• Understanding project strategy, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, milestones, and inspections.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to maintain an accurate schedule aligned with project goals.
• Maintaining effective communication regarding project changes, conditions, and subcontractor relations.
• Fostering positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in union and non-union environments.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, with attention to retail construction details.
• Extensive safety knowledge and regulations.
• Experience managing, training, and developing personnel.
• Proficiency with computer technology.
• Experience supporting organizational growth in a national context.
• Experience in hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, and luxury retail.
• Experience with complex renovations in occupied/unoccupied environments, urban/suburban locations, and high-end finishes.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
