Job Overview

Acuren offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement as a Project Superintendent/Site Supervisor (API 510/570 certified). The role focuses on inspection, safety, and quality support for our operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Superintendent oversees Acuren's operations at the client site, ensuring compliance with safety, QA, radiation safety, rope access, and other standards. The role includes managing contract maintenance, employee welfare, performance deliverables, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Operate primarily on client sites, indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain daily logs of site operations and report to management.
• Attend and lead site meetings with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Oversee materials, project schedules, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Understand project scope, manage scope creep, and handle change orders.
• Coordinate with onsite crews and contractors.
• Motivate and delegate tasks to maintain schedules and ensure safety and quality.
• Manage site safety protocols.
• Participate in performance management of site employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the inspection industry.
• API 510/570 certification.
• Strong site supervisory experience.
• Relevant certifications and licenses supporting project requirements.
• Mechanical integrity experience.
• Knowledge of NDT methods and their applications.
• Experience with quality and safety standards.
• Familiarity with current codes and inspection procedures.
