Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will supervise 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to ensure delivery within design, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil supervision; TDOT experience is a plus but not required. This role offers relocation assistance and a strong benefits package, with no travel involved.

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
