Accounting Search is seeking a Project Superintendent for a heavy civil construction project in the greater Kingsport area. You will lead 30–40 employees on grading and utility projects and coordinate 15+ subcontractors, ensuring completion within design, budget, and schedule.

Projects range from $5M to $90M. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction, with TDOT experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 30–40 crew; coordinating 15+ subcontractors.
• Experience with grading and utility projects; TDOT experience preferred but not required.

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
