Job summary

UNICON is seeking a Project Superintendent for Public Works in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily field operations, coordinates crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work safe, on schedule, and within budget.

You will manage site logistics, enforce safety standards, monitor quality, review plans, participate in jobsite meetings, prepare daily reports, track progress, resolve field issues, and support scheduling while promoting teamwork and a culture of safety.

Role Description

The Project Superintendent – Public Works oversees daily field operations for public works projects in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position includes managing site logistics, enforcing safety standards, monitoring quality control, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and local regulations. The superintendent communicates regularly with project managers, inspectors, and clients, prepares daily reports, tracks progress, and assists with resolving field issues. The role also involves supporting scheduling, reviewing plans, participating in jobsite meetings, and promoting a culture of teamwork and safety.

Qualifications
