Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in High Point, NC seeks a Project Superintendent to lead daily manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

This hands‑on leader will monitor performance, mentor staff, review production drawings, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

You'll enforce safety and compliance, manage scheduling, and partner with engineering and maintenance to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and build future leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding, structural steel, and pipe installation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:The Project Superintendent will oversee daily manufacturing operations, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity. This role requires a hands-on leader who can monitor employee performance, manage resources efficiently, and ensure production goals are met or exceeded.
