Job summary

Bandy Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to keep projects moving.

This role requires a strong track record in CPM scheduling, field leadership, and mentoring Assistant Superintendents. You will manage site logistics, documentation, and turnover activities, ensuring high standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, structural systems, and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, three-week look-ahead schedules, and project sequencing.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Oversee jobsite logistics, material management, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
