Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a local commercial construction GC/CM company in finding a superintendent. The role requires 4–6 years of large-scale commercial construction experience, with demonstrated ability to run ground-up projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of Commercial GC/CM experience.
• Ground-up experience on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree not required but a plus (Engineering, Construction Management, etc.).
• Stable work history and relevant project experience (Commercial, Large retail, Malls, Hotel, Healthcare, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Run commercial projects from ground up and manage site logistics.
• Coordinate GC/CM activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee safety, quality and adherence to project specifications.

Superintendent

G/C & Construction Management Commercial experience is required no exceptions. Individuals will have at least 4-6 years of large scale Commercial Construction experience. Applicants must have commercial experience running projects from ground up.
