Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from project start through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and look-ahead schedules.

Skills

Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a general contractor

Strong ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
