A leading company is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage complex projects from inception to conclusion. This role involves direct communication with project managers, ensuring job site staffing, and coordinating equipment and material needs. The ideal candidate will have significant field construction experience and a background in job oversight.

Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion while maintaining accuracy of record keeping, safety requirements, and being mindful of budget constraints and workforce needs.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, though management of projects includes directing project-related activities of the project team members.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
