Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to directly oversee project work through subordinate Superintendents, ensuring profitable installation, safety, planning, cost, and productivity while maintaining strong client relations.

You will coordinate with diverse teams, manage prime contracts for medium/large projects, and uphold SQP culture. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience are required, with knowledge of formwork systems.

Summary

The Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents, oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. Responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. Responsible for high level client relationship through professional conduct.
