Marolf Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead Southeast commercial construction projects, primarily in Mint Hill, NC, with extensive travel across the Southeast U.S. The role commands autonomy and is backed by a family-like culture and strong resources.

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Strong familiarity with modern digital construction management software and reporting tools.
• Background in managing ground-up or fast-paced commercial construction environments.
• Bilingual a plus
