Caterpillar Inc. is hiring a Project Structural Welder to set up, operate and adjust welding machines for carbon and stainless steel in all positions. You will perform manual finish welding and follow standard work procedures to ensure safe, defect-free results.
This role requires the ability to pass welder qualification tests, 6 months of production experience, and the flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shifts with overtime as needed. Teamwork and basic computer skills are valued assets.
